1. Acceptance of Terms

By using floridaserviceanimals.org and Florida Service Animals evaluation services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Florida Service Animals connects Florida residents with Florida-licensed mental health professionals (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) for legitimate telehealth ESA and PSD evaluations. We do not guarantee letter issuance — our Florida-licensed clinicians make independent clinical judgments.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older (or have parent/guardian consent) and a Florida resident or be seeking documentation for Florida housing to use our services.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

Florida Service Animals does not guarantee ESA or PSD letter issuance. Our Florida-licensed clinicians make independent clinical decisions. If a clinician cannot support your letter after a genuine evaluation, you are entitled to a full refund per our Refund Policy.

5. Florida Law Compliance

Our services are designed to meet Florida FHA, Florida Fair Housing Act (Fla. Stat. § 760.20 et seq.), and HUD 2020 standards. Letters issued by our Florida-licensed clinicians include verifiable DCA/the behavioral health board license numbers. We do not issue fraudulent documentation and you agree not to use our documentation for fraudulent purposes.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Provide false information during the Florida evaluation
• Use Florida Service Animals documentation for fraudulent housing applications
• Misrepresent an ESA as a trained service animal under ADA
• Attempt to use documentation in jurisdictions where it does not apply

7. Intellectual Property

All content on floridaserviceanimals.org is owned by Florida Service Animals. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Florida Service Animals is not liable for housing decisions made by Florida landlords, HOAs, or universities. Our Florida clinicians make independent evaluations. To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the evaluation service.

9. Florida Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any disputes will be resolved in Florida courts under Florida law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of floridaserviceanimals.org after changes constitutes acceptance.
